CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) is a collaborative and enabling therapy. By identifying and making changes in our thinking and our behaviour, we can significantly improve the way we feel. We will work together to address the difficulties you are experiencing using strategies which are personalised and adapted to your individual needs. CBT often involves only a few sessions with the therapist with tasks to complete between sessions. This teaches you the tools and skills which you can then use independently to maintain positive changes. I can also offer follow up sessions or longer term therapy.
